You can at any time cancel activant's support for your hardware and software!
you can continue to use the system no problem, just you cant call them for anything period.
you will not receive any more worthless upgrades and you will no longer receive a grab your ankles and take it bill every month. just use what you paid for, and try to take care of what you are already using.
keep in mind if you have to break down and call them for support they are going to get you good. So try to not put your self in a situation where your hard drive dies and all hell breaks loose, be preemptive and it will save you thousands and thousands of dollars every year!

i am needing some help on an older activant sco-unix server and setting up a oki data report printer if you could please email me the correct procedure to add this printer so that i am able to reprint invoices etc from this server. we are no longer using activant for anything and have switched to another pos system but would like to go back and reprint old info, etc. my email address is phridom.phound at gmail dot com
